YOGA

Yoga is beneficial for surfers in many ways: flexibilty, strength, balance, but also strength in mind and breathing awareness will improve your surfing. Whether you practice yoga since a long time or you are a first timer, don’t hesitate to join one of the two weekly outdoor yoga classes in Covas, Ferrol.
The practice takes 60 minutes and includes surf specific exercises and movements. The lessons are basically taught in English, but you can always just copy in case you don’t understand something.

Your Yoga experience with FS SURF COACHING includes:
  • all material: matts, yoga blocks,
  • water for the breaks
Please bring with you
  • comfortable, sporty clothes
  • a towel
  • drinking bottle
