SURF TRAINING

Functional training for surfers. A diversified mixture of cardio, strength, mobility, breath work and flexibility exercises. For surfers on all levels and people that like to workout and stay fit. The workout has a duration of 60min.

Your Surf Training experience with FS SURF COACHING includes:
  • all material needed to train
  • water for the breaks
Please bring with you
  • comfortable, sporty clothes
  • a towel
  • drinking bottle
  • shoes are not obligatory
