Functional training for surfers. A diversified mixture of cardio, strength, mobility, breath work and flexibility exercises. For surfers on all levels and people that like to workout and stay fit. The workout has a duration of 60min.
Your Surf Training experience with FS SURF COACHING includes:

- water for the breaks

- comfortable, sporty clothes
- a towel
- drinking bottle
- shoes are not obligatory
